The extra screen segment does not make the device heavier, it weighs 174 gm and measures at 151.3 x 82.4 x 8.3mm. As for the device itself, it is very well built. The rough texture on the back gives an assured grip. The back panel is removable, which means that you have a microSD card slot available and the battery can be swapped at anytime. The buttons are largely at the same place, however, the lock/standby button has been moved to the top. The S-pen is still housed in the same compartment.
